How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our products are made to order, we need a little time to create them just for you.
- Production Time: Please allow [2–5 business days] for us to print and quality-check your item.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes [3–7 business days] for domestic orders and [10–20 business days] for international orders.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow up to [48 hours] for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. You have [12 hours] after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification (such as a size change or address update). After this window, your order has likely moved into production and cannot be changed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within [30 days] of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry about that! If you received a defective item or the wrong design/size, please email us at [Your Email Address] within [7 days] of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will send you a free replacement immediately—no need to return the original.
